Phil is the founder and lead practitioner of Stoic Bodywork, with more than 18 years devoted to studying and working with the human body.

His background includes martial arts, ancient healing disciplines, intuitive bodywork, and a wide range of specialized hands-on modalities.

That experience informs a focused, responsive approach: each session begins with the person and the patterns presenting that day.
