Bodywork is therapeutic manual manipulation designed to create measurable change — not just relaxation. We find dysfunction in your tissues and fix it. Unlike spa massage, every technique has a specific purpose: restoring blood flow, correcting structural imbalances, or releasing restrictions that cause pain. You'll feel the difference after one session.

No. You stay fully clothed the entire session — no draping, no lotions, no awkwardness. Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move in. Avoid jeans, cargo pants, or anything restrictive.

We'll start with a brief conversation about what's bothering you and your history. Then you'll get on the table fully clothed and we get to work. Sessions are hands-on from start to finish — no machines, no gimmicks. Most clients leave feeling noticeably different. Some soreness the next day is normal, similar to a good workout.

Common issues we address: chronic pain, migraines and headaches, sciatica and low back pain, sports injuries, muscle imbalances, carpal tunnel and repetitive stress, neck and shoulder tension, and post-surgical recovery. Most people notice a difference after the first session. How many you need depends on what we're addressing — acute injuries may resolve in 2-4 visits, while chronic patterns built over years often benefit from ongoing maintenance. We'll give you an honest assessment after your first appointment. No unnecessary upselling.

HSA/FSA: Yes — most plans cover therapeutic bodywork. Try your card at checkout or we'll provide a receipt for reimbursement.

Insurance: We don't bill insurance directly, but your plan may allow you to submit for reimbursement through their portal.

A specialized bodywork protocol for bodybuilders and physique competitors. We help your muscles "pop" by correcting imbalances and faulty activation patterns, defining each muscle's identity, and breaking up fascial adhesions between muscle groups. The result is sharper separation and better mind-muscle connection. Fair warning: it's intense.

We don't offer gift cards. Bodywork is therapeutic — it's not a spa day. Think of it more like gifting someone a session with a physical therapist. The person needs to actually want the work done. If you're unsure whether it's right for someone, have them reach out first.

Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and HSA/FSA cards. Tips are never required — we charge fair, transparent prices.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations for bodywork incur a $25 fee (waived once every 6 months). Training session deposits are forfeited for late cancellations. If you're sick, let us know — we'll work with you.
