Orders, Fulfillment, and Shipping
Order Processing
Most products are fulfilled through Printful, a print-on-demand production and shipping provider. Orders are submitted for fulfillment after payment is successfully completed.
Shipping Estimates
We provide estimated delivery timelines at checkout; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production timelines, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, you may be responsible for reshipping costs or the order may be unable to be delivered.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are considered final, except as outlined in our Return Policy.
Pricing, Taxes, and Payments
Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may change at any time without notice.
Taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Payment processing is handled through Squarespace Payments or other payment services available in Squarespace.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory/fulfillment issues, or misuse of the Service.
