Thank you for your purchase from Stoic Bodywork. We hope you love your merchandise. If there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.

This Return Policy applies to both:

  1. Print-on-demand items fulfilled by Printful, and

  2. Items shipped directly by Stoic Bodywork LLC

Contact Required for All Returns

All returns must be requested and approved in advance.

To request a return, email us at: support@stoicbodywork.com
Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (required for damaged/defective items)

If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Returns sent without contacting us first may be refused or returned to sender.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Approved returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New and unused

  • In original condition

  • With original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable)

Print-on-Demand Items (Fulfilled by Printful)

Many of our items are produced on-demand through Printful, meaning each product is made specifically for your order.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your Printful-fulfilled order arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and details.

If confirmed, we will coordinate with Printful to provide a replacement, reprint, or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Size / Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defect Issues

Returns for non-defect issues (such as wrong size or buyer’s remorse) are accepted at our discretion. If approved:

  • You may be responsible for return shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Personalized or custom-designed items are not returnable unless defective

Important: Printful does not accept direct returns.
You must contact Stoic Bodywork first before attempting any return.

Items Shipped Directly by Stoic Bodywork LLC

For products shipped directly from Stoic Bodywork LLC, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item meets eligibility requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

  • A defect

  • Shipping damage

  • An item shipped incorrectly

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, notify us as soon as possible and include photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label (if available)

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your approved return is received and inspected (please allow 7–10 business days), we will process one of the following:

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary by bank/payment provider and can take 1–2 billing cycles to appear.

Exchanges / Store Credit

Exchanges and store credit may be offered case-by-case, depending on item type and availability.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Perishable or intimate items (if applicable)

International Orders

International returns may involve customs duties, taxes, or return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
