Therapeutic Bodywork
Therapeutic bodywork at Stoic combines advanced manual therapy and targeted soft-tissue techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and create lasting therapeutic change—not just a temporary “feel good” massage. Each session is customized around your body, training load, and history of injuries to help you move better, recover faster, and stay out of chronic pain.
We focus on fascial health, joint mechanics, and nervous system regulation to support long-term structural balance and performance. This is ideal for athletes, active professionals, and anyone dealing with stubborn tension, headaches, low-back or hip pain, or overuse injuries, daily aches & pains or stress.

Personal Training
Our 1:1 personal training is built around the same philosophy that drives our bodywork: train smarter, not harder, and use the nervous system and fascia as levers for change. We don’t run cookie-cutter gym routines. Every session is customized using the advanced methods we’ve developed in-house by combining years of clinical bodywork, strength coaching, and work with combat athletes and high-performing professionals.
We start with how you actually move—posture, joint mechanics, breathing, and recovery capacity—then design training that fits your real life. Whether your goal is to lean out, build strength, improve athletic performance, or finally get out of the “hurt every time I work out” cycle, your program is tailored to you.
What personal training can help you with:
Building functional strength and muscle without trashing your joints
Improving mobility, stability, and posture for real-life movement
Reducing pain and injury risk by respecting how your body recovers
Rebuilding strength after time off, stress, or past injuries
Supporting sport performance, heavy training cycles, or manual labor jobs
Our methods integrate strength training, mobility work, core stability, power and conditioning, plus education on sleep, recovery, and habit-building. Because our roots are in therapeutic bodywork, your training is informed by what’s happening in your tissues—not just what’s written on a clipboard.
You get clear coaching, progressive programming, and honest feedback so you know why you’re doing what you’re doing, how to adjust on high- and low-energy days, and how to train in a way that keeps you strong, capable, and harder to break over the long term.
